As part of the Aramark Healthcare Technologies Support Operations Pricing team, this position exists to perform pricing duties to develop pricing models related to medical equipment service strategies, while maintaining sound pricing strategies, tactics, policy and procedures.

  • Uses industry experience and knowledge to develop pricing models for proposals within Healthcare Technologies
  • Provide consultation, analysis and guidance to create pricing solutions to maximize revenue
  • Serve as the focal point for pricing related programs that impact the Aramark Healthcare Technologies Infrastructure and solid understanding of Aramark Healthcare Technologies Pricing Methodologies
  • Lead Guaranteed Savings program development by working with prospective clients to assess their current Clinical Engineering program, analyze their General Ledger (GL) expense data, and develop a 5-year program.
  • Develop pricing strategies for newly created base business growth programs and ensure they are implemented consistently across HCT
  • Maintain customer database providing historical 360 'clean' view of the customer
  • Analyze relationships among the parts of a problem or situation, anticipating obstacles and thinking ahead about next steps.
  • Proactively identify issues / inconsistencies
  • Performs and occasionally leads special projects as assigned
  • Identifies potential process / system improvements
  • More detailed knowledge of services and how pricing works with each classification of the Full Asset strategy
  • Pulls ideas, issues, observations and recommendations into a clear and concise presentation while integrating data analysis in an organized information structure
  • Adapts well to changing priorities and customer needs, making appropriate decisions to meet goals, objectives and deadlines




  • Bachelor’s in Business, marketing or finance or related field with 3-5 years’ experience
  • Excellent time management, organization, and oral and written communication skills
  • Must be a self-starter, fast learner, strong individual contributor, and team player willing to take a leadership role within the department
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Excellent PC skills with proficiency with MS Excel and Access, knowledge in VBA / Macros a plus
  • Must be able to maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping pricing information confidential
  • Ability to evaluate cause and effect with pricing, value, volume, cost, competition, distribution and segmentation, making recommendations at appropriate levels
  • Ability to build successful working relationships both internally and externally
  • Strong customer service skills and critical thinking

  • Strong decision making capabilities; draws relevant conclusions and can act independently
  • Speaks well in both individual and group settings
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment with hard deadlines
