Aramark Uniform Services (AUS) provides uniforms and related products to more than 400,000 customers nationwide, in virtually every industry.  From designing and manufacturing to laundering and delivering, AUS works with local and national clients to create and maintain a total uniform solution that promotes teamwork and establishes a professional identity.  AUS operates from over 200 locations nationwide.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and organizing the accurate and timely reporting and forecasting of financial information including month end closing, balance sheet reconciliations, and other analysis
  • Prepare relevant and accurate information for presentation/review, and research and resolve accounting/finance issues
  • Support recruiting, developing, evaluating, supervising, and motivating the market center’s office staff
  • Assist in enforcing internal controls, AUS policies and procedures
  • Support and collaborate with the General Manager and other market center and finance management
  • Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or related field
  • Two years of accounting experience, with skills in managing daily operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit and collection
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, practices and procedures
  • Prior work experience in a plant environment preferred
  • Desire to progress to a supervisory role in accounting, with willingness to relocate
  • Hyperion and Oracle experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and process management skills
  • MS Office (Word, PowerPoint), with strong Excel skills required
  • Ability to travel within region (25%)
  • Successful completion of Criminal Background and Drug Screen checks
