    Essential Responsibilities will include the following (but are not limited to):

    • Manage vendors and agreed upon scopes of work related to facility operations
    • Collect and analyze facility spend data to proactively identify cost saving measures
    • Develop and execute the Aramark program to ensure best practices are utilized and efficiencies are delivered
    • Communicate operational progress to client’s management on a monthly basis through scheduled business reviews
    • Hold vendors accountable to standards in operation
    • Assist in managing facility budget which includes labor, supplies, equipment and related services/materials 
    • Leverage Aramark buying power to negotiate rates with vendors
    • Implement safety protocol to ensure a safe working environment



    • Requires at least 3 years’ experience and up to 2 years in a management role
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Leadership skills
    • Strong client relationship skills
    • Financial acumen
