    The Receptionist provides administrative support to Aramark Conference Centers. Required hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM.


    Essential functions of the position will include:

    • Answering phones for staff and directing callers as appropriate
    • Screening and tracking visitors
    • Scheduling conference rooms and making catering arrangements as needed
    • Assisting with the general operation of the office
    • Maintaining policy and procedure documents
    • Gathers weekly schedules for employees
    • Other duties as assigned


    Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to set priorities and follow through; excellent written and verbal communication skills. Minimum qualifications - high school diploma, previous office experience a plus but not necessary and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
