Aramark Higher Education is seeking candidates for a Sous Chef for our Athletic Training Table at the University of Kentucky. This is a hands on position that will manage the preparation of nutritious meals for campus athletes. Reporting to the Chef Manager, the Sous Chef will work with the Registered Dietitian to work on menu and recipe development to fuel student athletes. This is a PM Shift, 10 hour days, 4 days a week and will work all home football games and additional days when needed.
