    We are currently seeking a General Manager to lead a market center for the Refreshment Services business at Aramark. The General Manager will manage all facets of the area including operations, sales and customer service with full P&L accountability.  

     

    Responsibilities:

    • This position requires a results driven individual who will use their established business and leadership experience to deliver sustainable profitable growth through their team. 
    • A proven record of execution is required to approach decisions, opportunities and challenges in a process-focused way so as to ensure efficient and effective execution of business strategies. 
    • This individual must provide strong leadership to improve the effectiveness and productivity of the team by providing clear direction and creating a positive work environment that energizes and engages the teams at all levels throughout the district. 
    • The General Manager is responsible for building multiple teams by developing future talent for ARAMARK and proactively taking responsibility for others' professional growth and development. 
    • The ideal candidate will possess strong Customer/Client relationships with genuine desire and ability to discover the changing needs of ARAMARK's environment and respond accordingly with solutions that target these needs.   

    This sales, service and distribution business focuses on offering employee benefits as a value proposition for our clients through Refreshment Services, such as gourmet coffee, snacks and other quality products. This exciting opportunity requires a dynamic leader who can take our strong sales and service culture to the next level.

    Qualifications

    • BA/BS degree in business or relevant field 
    • The candidate must have experience managing a P&L, multi-unit/multi-site management experience and client relations
    • Demonstrated operational oversight success in route based sales business
    • Exceptional demonstrated leadership capability; establish a cohesive team environment to meet organizational goals
    • Direct Sales Distribution experience would be considered a definite asset 
    • Demonstrated leadership skills, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Demonstrated experience managing client relationship
    • Experience using systems e.g.: Salesforce as a CRM
    • Proficiency in Windows Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required
    • Excellent presentation & relationship development skills
