The Project Lead manages all stages of the project life cycle including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing. This role manages enterprise and business unit specific projects to achieve internal and external initiatives under tight deadlines. Will require strategic mindset, strong project management discipline, excellent communication abilities, analytical skills, motivation, and creativity. Must have demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders to develop, lead, and execute account strategies.
The Project Lead will also conduct research and basic level analytics. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, account diagnostics, program development and enhancement, engagement planning, relationship analysis, coaching of stakeholders, formalized client communications, support of proposal development, and client presentations.
This position exercises a sophisticated level of business acumen / savvy, organization, multi-tasking and project leadership skills. Is responsible for enabling systematic solutions across the portfolio, tailoring them based on mutually beneficial strategic considerations. Be seen as an operational expert and as a technical advisor for operational programs and processes.
