    The Senior Retail Manager directs a multi-unit portfolio of stores by planning strategies and consistent implementation. Responsibilities include hiring and developing Location Managers within the region.  Holding them accountable to operating coffeebars that are staffed properly, giving every customer thoughtful service and recognizing that every detail matters.  This individual is also leading the locations in the region to be successful against our financial and operational goals.

    • This Regional Manager Role is overseeing the West region (OR,CA,CO,WA) for a National Account Contract “Capital One Café’s”. Currently 10 stores with expansion to 15 in 1.5 years.
    • Within each Café we operate a fully license Peet’s Coffee Concept and work with hyper local vendors to provide bakery, grab & go items and catering.
    • In this position you will get the opportunity to have direct client contact, lead new store openings, and be a part of innovative client concept.
    • 50% Travel is expected in the role but is flexible based on business needs.

    The Ideal Candidate will:

    • 5+ years of retail experience managing 2 or more stores, departments or units, P&L, inventory, operations and customer service
    • 5+ years of management experience leading a team of 6 or more, including training and coaching, with strong leadership and communication skills
    • 3+ years of experience in a customer service oriented role
    • Experience in a multi-unit environment, knowledge of retail or restaurant industry operations and financial reporting
    • Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
