    Position Summary.  This position is responsible for the general management of day-to-day facilities operations including coordinating mail services, office supply procurement, copier and fax machine supply/maintenance support, back-up receptionist support, and maintenance of coffee stations and related supplies.  This position is also responsible for the day to day coordination with building management and space planning for the headquarters office.


    Primary Responsibilities

    • Coordination of all mail services including distribution of incoming mail, coordination of FedEx, UPS and DHL deliveries and stocking related supplies
    • Maintain inventory and organize kitchen supply closets and maintain general order and cleanliness of coffee stations and kitchens
    • Set up and breakdown of conference rooms for meetings and functions
    • Serve as a liaison with building management on all facility related items
    • Support updating Corporate Organizational Charts


    Secondary Responsibilities

    • Support reception staff where necessary to ensure appropriate coverage of headquarters
    • Backup support for Kronos timesheet administration
    • Coordinate all space planning needs and track assignment of all offices and cubes
    • Manage fax and copier repair issues with vendors
    • Maintain basement storage facility
    • Maintain inventory of fax machine, paper, copier toner and related supplies
    • Create FedEx and Office Depot accounts for new associates
