    Position Summary: This position is responsible for supporting Facilities-related operations in a large K-12 school system. This individual will work as part of a team to deliver data analysis and reporting across various platforms specific to labor, service, assets, and procurement.  This position will interact with all levels of the organization, and supports center led strategies and initiatives with decentralized execution of facilities services.



    Essential Functions:

    • Provide data analysis support & report generation across various platforms specific to labor, service, assets, procurement
    • Maintain & update various master data tables
    • Organize data to assist with decision making, forecasting and inventory control.
    • Ensures the daily reconciliation of supplier invoices
    • Leads daily review of open PO requests and ensures timely purchase order submissions to vendors.
    • Processes purchase order requests as necessary.
    • Responsible for setting up new vendors in the Supply Chain Management system.
    • Assists accounts payable team with issue resolution and research to ensure timely shipment of orders from suppliers
    • Communicate with Suppliers and Front Line Managers to solve problems and expedite orders
    • Maintain monthly inventory of secured Procurement locations
    • Other duties as assigned

    • Bachelor’s degree or significant demonstrated experience in business, finance, supply chain, operations management or related field.
    • Strong end-to-end business process, analytical, problem solving and diagnostic skills.
    • Experience utilizing complex Excel formulas and functions to build and update reports.
    • Ability to deal with ambiguity, work in a dynamic fluid environment and effectively cope with change.
    • Ability to work on multiple assignments in a fast paced team environment while maintaining work quality with various locations and team members.
    • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex issues in a concise and logical manner.
