    The Cyber Resiliency role reports directly to the CISO and is responsible for Cyber Security Operations to in overseeing the security operations, incident response management and remediation, data assurance, and cyber intelligence functions.


    • Leadership
      • Build and lead a highly motivated team focused on delivering solutions to minimize our cyber risk, and hand and respond to any incidents that may occur. Maintain technical credibility with the team and leadership, while being able to remain focused and calm in responding to incidents.
      • Run & manage table top/war gaming exercises while working horizontally across the lines of business
    • Client Relationship
      • Ability to interact and work with clients in a professional manner to resolve incidents. Ensure client expectations are meet through proper due diligence and risk mitigation techniques.
    • Compliance
      • Follow through in implementation and execution of Aramark polices, helping document and refine processes related to job function and team performance.
    • Strong in networking, network security, operation systems, and application.
    • Familiarity with threat intelligence and applied use within incident response and forensic investigations
    • Provides support to develop & improve the quality of incident response documentation
    • Provides support to drive the maturity of the Cybersecurity software development lifecycle
    • Makes decisions of a global, strategic nature by analyzing complex data systems and incorporating knowledge of other lines of business & Aramark standards
    • Advanced understanding of LOB technology drivers and their impact on architecture design, performance and monitoring, best practices and Aramark policies
    • Oversee threat and vulnerability management program


    • Experience – Must have at least 15 years of progressive Information Security experience, preferable originating from an IT Infrastructure background. At least 5 years’ experience as a manger
    • Education - This position requires a B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline. Advanced degree is a plus. 
    • Impact – Prior experience working in high visibility positions is required. Ability to attract and retain high performing talent.
    • Complexity – Candidates will have prior experience working in a fast paced and flexible environment with many conflicting priorities. Experience prioritizing projects and staff time based on other commitments and risk is required.

    • Communication – The ideal candidate will have experience communicating with executive IS/IT management, as well as technical and financial business colleagues. Communication experience should ideally include experience managing and/or working with personnel in locations outside the U.S. with a diverse set of business partners

    • Knowledge – Candidate requires a working knowledge of security operations, incident response, threat & vulnerability management, and threat intelligence. Knowledge of enterprise systems and infrastructure.

    • Leadership – Proven experience in leading diverse teams made up of direct reports, indirect reports, consultants, and managed service providers is required. Experience leading geographically diverse teams is a plus.

    • Judgement – The ideal candidate will have the ability to make well thought out, risk based, decisions related to potential cyber incidents, and risk driven report data. The ability to understand the financial, brand and eruptional effect of incidents, as well as an ability to communicate this to all levels of personnel, is critical.
