The International Business Relationship Manager and Digital Lead is responsible for owning the strategy and alignment between the Aramark IT organization and the functional business units to ensure the IT organization delivers maximum business value. These business units are international in nature, and this role will manage those relationships accordingly.
This role is also responsible for defining the international digital strategy to enhance the customer experience by digitizing business processes and integrating them across Aramark products and platforms. This role will work alongside marketing, brand and IT executives, and will play a role in shaping the creation of customer-centric products meant to enhance internal and external stakeholder experiences in international markets.

Education – Bachelor’s degree required; technical focus preferred.
Impact – Experience leading a COE or business function for a large multinational enterprise. Leading IT overall for a company outside the fortune 1000. Has led or been responsible for digital strategies, advanced data analytics, and the development of actionable strategic insights. Multi-channel integration experience with demonstrated success leveraging channel activities into a tailored user experience.
Complexity - Complete understanding of the services in our business portfolio as well as how technology enables growth and margin expansion across international business that are at various stages of growth. 10+ years in a large complex enterprise business structure that offers a portfolio of businesses. Successful in influencing across a large, complex, and highly-matrixed organization with and without direct authority.
Communication – Ability to present and interface with the top levels of a large complex organization. 2-3+ years in role that handles communication to clients and senior executives. Experience in communicating with different international businesses and cultures.
Knowledge – Understand financial models, contract types, business portfolio structure and complexities that arise from a client focused organization. Strong strategic marketing competency.
Leadership – Ability to lead a team of distributed IT leaders in a matrixed organization aligning business goals with the overall Aramark IT vision and strategy.
Judgement – Ability to make IT business decisions applicable to an international market that balance risk and benefit both customer, clients and Aramark shareholders.
Qualified candidates must be able to travel on average 50% of the time internationally
