    Description

    The Global Corporate Services Group leads the full spectrum of Global real estate support functions from global facility management to worldwide design and construction projects to defining real estate strategy for locations and offices housing Aramark’s employees.

     

    The Director, Global Corporate Services reporting to the Vice President will lead and implement portfolio workplace strategies and metrics in alignment with Aramark growth plans and Global Corporate Services guiding principles. The outcomes associated with these efforts will enable the consistent and repeatable delivery of workplace provisioning and functional administration activities that support the future needs of the businesses and drives value for Aramark. The Director will be accountable for the overall portfolio performance and data management including the creation of strategies, performance measures and associated metrics to drive the optimization of real estate assets.  

     

    • Lead global real estate and facility management administrative delivery process at all levels to support business location strategy and building design, ensuring it is repeatable and reliable that enables Aramark to deliver world class workplace solutions.
    • Lead the development and execution of Change Management Programs to drive employee adoption and implementation of workplace strategies
    • Lead the development of and continually improve enterprise performance using space utilization & related optimization tools and processes
    • Work with client businesses at a global and regional level to implement change management methodologies to facilitate improved space and utilization standards, which support Aramark’s portfolio cost targets
    • Engage directly with business leaders to shape workplace strategy and design
    • Develop ROI methodologies to support the shift to best practice agile / activity-based workplace solutions that support Aramark’s growth plans and fosters employee engagement and well-being.
    • Support as needed the administration of Global Corporate Services organizational structure, plans, and programs to ensure alignment with Aramark’s long-range plans and alignment with organizational priorities.
    • Lead Global Corporate Services finance administration & ensure timely and accurate analyses of budgets, project proposals and business trends in multiple administrative areas in order to assist the Vice President and other senior executives in performing their responsibilities.
    • Lead, implement, and enforce Corporate Services workplace policies and procedures that improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the organization using the corporate services CAFM, IWMS and other technology solutions.
    • Develop workplace solutions that enable organizational efficiencies and effectiveness including functional consolidations and outsourcing as well as providing individuals with professional and personal growth with emphasis on opportunities (where possible).
    • Lead functional consolidation, automation, and continual improvement activities that enable efficient, repeatable delivery of Corporate Services offerings to clients.
    • Lead the administration of all Corporate Services procurement by developing requests for proposal, vendor selection criteria, and stewarding legal review of contracts.
    • Develop and lead ongoing relationships with global organizations that enable the delivery of repeatable workplace services in accordance with Aramark’s requirements.

    Qualifications

    Position reports to the Vice President of Global Corporate Services

    • Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point skills are required.
    • Basic AutoCAD skills are required and knowledge of Computer Aided Facility Management and Integrated Workplace Management Systems including performance management and analytics.
    • Knowledge of workplace strategy processes and work flow processes required.
    • Knowledge of sustainability practices related to the built environment.
    • Knowledge and skill in the practice of emergency preparedness including disaster recovery and business continuity.
    • Knowledge of accounting and finance associated with all phases of the real estate cycle and real estate chart of accounts.
    • Knowledge of the construction practices, documentation and administration
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture
    • Certified Facility Manager or Real Property Administrator certification preferred.
    • MBA degree and/or graduate coursework in a field related to the built-environment preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 Years of progressively responsible facility management experience
    • Excellent interpersonal and follow up skills required.
    • Attention to detail required.
