Provides nutrition and operational support for the Region relative to sales and operations to meet client and operational needs, assist in the execution of the LOB Quality Assurance (Op-X) program, food service production software system, and involvement between Supply chain Management and field operations. Acts as technical expert as needed for client inquiries and providing professional information for our client or ARAMARK. Provides training and development to field leadership in areas of nutrition and operational expertise . Reports directly to the Director, Nutrition & Operational Support Services. Works in conjunction with regional leadership teams. Follows ARAMARK Correctional policies in addition to professional standards. Interacts with Region staff, Sales Directors, District Managers, Front Line Managers, current and prospective clients. Required to be a registered dietitian.
This role will interface with multiple disciplines throughout the LOB, and will assists in the execution of the LOB Quality Assurance (Op X) program, food service production system.
