    Reports to: Director of Operations and Distributor Relations


    This role requires ongoing monitoring of customer data and ensuring high-quality internal process standards.  Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills are must-have traits.  The selected individual will work within the Operations department to review, analyze and update customer data using internal business processes and tools. 




    • Support operations team with evaluation of customer data
    • Coordinate with internal and external customers and stakeholders on customer data
    • Identify corrective action and tracking of outcomes
    • Monitor and maintain customer database
    • Review, investigate and respond to customer inquiries
    • Analyze and provide insight on data to improve data quality
    • Lead or participate in special projects and other duties as directed



    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology or a related degree or field
    • Experience in analysis and data management, optimal
    • Requires strong organizational and communication skills and project management capabilities
    • Highly collaborative team-player, with the ability to work effectively independently
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing work conditions and priorities
    • Tools: Require high proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; exceptional Excel skills and Tableau required. Experience Salesforce a plus.
