From designing and manufacturing to laundering and delivering, AUS works with local and national clients to create and maintain a total uniform solution that promotes teamwork and establishes a professional identity. The Regional Sales Trainer (RST) is responsible for teaching and educating Aramark Uniform Services (AUS) sales leaders and sales professionals (individual contributors) on activities that increase transactions and sales revenue within an assigned region. The Regional Sales Trainer’s primary goal is to develop Sales Managers and solicit active participation by the Director of Sales in a continuous education and learning process. The RST is accountable for building a sales learning culture within the region by demonstrating the connection between the training plan with organizational goals and objectives.
The Regional Sales Trainer will participate in sales training design and will incorporate adult learning principles into the curriculum. The RST should have the ability to analyze the impact of sales training by assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the region training plan and modify it to continuously improve new sales productivity (close ratio, install size and revenue).
