    The Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness Director provides change management, communication and organization effectiveness support for major initiatives.  The position would initially support three major initiatives broadly impacting operations, finance, human resources and supply chain that are in the planning stages and anticipated to begin multiyear deployments in 2019.  These initiatives will result in changes to process, technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. This position reports into the [Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness Director on the Learning & Talent Team with a dotted line to SAP Project Lead].

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Develop the strategy and support the planning, creation, and delivery of change materials based on stakeholder impacts and change execution plans.
    • Design and deliver the case for change, key messaging, leadership alignment, stakeholder assessments & management, change impact assessments, change readiness assessments and change networks.
    • Develop credible relationships with key project stakeholders that will enable the collaboration, alignment and influence required for overall success
    • Coordinate the development and deployment of communication plans and materials, and training plans and materials with appropriate internal teams or external providers.
    • Create marketing and communication strategies that focus on accelerating stakeholder adoption.
    • Provide oversight and coordination with instructional designers as needed.  
    • Provide guidance to Corporate HR on Organization Development activities such as current state process, future state, job/role design, and execution of new structure.
    • Execute and drive adherence to project timelines to meet defined goals.
    • Effectively organize and prioritize multiple projects while working towards defined deadlines in support of initiative leads across diverse work streams and activities.
    • Assist with pilots, demonstrations, user acceptance testing and similar events and activities focused on delivering a field ready system/functionality.


    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related field
    • Minimum 8 years demonstrated experience in change management and organizational effectiveness
    • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Suite
    • Prior SAP SuccessFactors experience is a plus
    • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated functional understanding and knowledge of HR processes and workflows
    • Project management skills
    • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as a team member
    • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and independently, meet deadlines and escalate appropriately to management.
