The Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness Director provides change management, communication and organization effectiveness support for major initiatives. The position would initially support three major initiatives broadly impacting operations, finance, human resources and supply chain that are in the planning stages and anticipated to begin multiyear deployments in 2019. These initiatives will result in changes to process, technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
