As the Campus Recruiting Team Lead, Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be leading the campus recruiting function within the salaried recruiting team, reporting to the Director of Salaried Talent Acquisition. You will lead a team of Talent Acquisition professionals with responsibility for campus recruiting nationwide and across all of Aramark’s lines of business. You will be responsible for strategizing and executing recruiting strategies for our revamped campus program including internships and full-time roles within the Aramark Accelerate to Leadership Program. You will partner closely with senior leadership and HR partners to validate workforce planning needs and consult on the value of campus programs. As a Team Lead, you will be an expert communicator, managing a large campus recruiting initiative to recruit over 700 hires yearly, providing consultation, data, and reporting as applicable. You will identify strategic opportunities to brand Aramark as an employer of choice across universities nationwide. You will also work closely with your team to ensure the delivery of an efficient and effective recruiting process, while also ensuring your team is a strong advocate for the candidate experience.
