    As the Campus Recruiting Team Lead, Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be leading the campus recruiting function within the salaried recruiting team, reporting to the Director of Salaried Talent Acquisition. You will lead a team of Talent Acquisition professionals with responsibility for campus recruiting nationwide and across all of Aramark’s lines of business. You will be responsible for strategizing and executing recruiting strategies for our revamped campus program including internships and full-time roles within the Aramark Accelerate to Leadership Program. You will partner closely with senior leadership and HR partners to validate workforce planning needs and consult on the value of campus programs. As a Team Lead, you will be an expert communicator, managing a large campus recruiting initiative to recruit over 700 hires yearly, providing consultation, data, and reporting as applicable.  You will identify strategic opportunities to brand Aramark as an employer of choice across universities nationwide. You will also work closely with your team to ensure the delivery of an efficient and effective recruiting process, while also ensuring your team is a strong advocate for the candidate experience.



    • Set the recruiting strategy and short-term & long-term goals for the campus recruiting function, overseeing the implementation of a new campus recruiting strategy
    • Lead and develop a team of campus recruiters, managing work capacity and resources
    • Determine and achieve maximum ROI for investment in campus recruiting programs in partnership with the business
    • Reimagine the use of technology in campus recruiting, identifying innovative solutions to accelerate the speed of hiring while providing a positive and informative candidate experience
    • In partnership with HR partners, lead workforce planning for campus programs, assessing current and future staffing needs against business strategy
    • Assist with defining, developing, tracking and analyzing campus recruiting metrics
    • Ensure recruiting team is following standard recruiting processes that will contribute to a diverse pool of quality candidates
    • Create campus talent acquisition strategies to achieve the most effective sourcing, evaluation, and selection of qualified and diverse talent
    • Develop strong relationships with key universities, engaging students through job fairs, information sessions, campus organizations, career fairs, and more
    • Create employment branding material in partnership with TA Recruitment Marketing to build awareness and engagement including social media campus activation  
    • Provide strategic recruiting expertise by staying abreast of campus industry trends, best practices, technological advancements and benchmark comparisons; functions as subject matter expert on all recruitment activities for campus program
    • Responsible for assisting campus team in recruiting for both internship (Step Up To Leadership) and entry-level (Accelerate to Leadership) candidates
    • Lead large project initiatives within the campus recruiting function


    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • 5 or more years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment required
    • 2 or more years of experience in campus recruiting or campus programs required
    • Demonstrated experience developing and executing campus/university recruiting strategies
    • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with executive internal stakeholders
    • Demonstrated talent acquisition experience in handling challenging recruitment issues in a diverse and dynamic environment
    • Demonstrated experience leading project initiatives including but not limited to the optimization of technology, process, and recruiting strategy
    • Strong ability to influence and partner at all levels of the organization
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Creative and flexible attitude and style to adapt to new situations in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required
    • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems required, iCIMS experience a plus
    • Must be willing and able to travel 50% (Spring & Fall Semesters)
