    Serves as point of contact for all activity related to sourcing, engaging, securing and on boarding resources to support ramp up, on boarding, hiring and event scheduling for US Open
    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: List the principal on-going responsibilities that are necessary to accomplish the purpose of the job.
     Works with Hiring Managers to determine hiring needs and outline available resources
     Travels to hiring event locations to support check-in, staffing, scheduling and general event support
     Assists in executing staffing event plans – completes critical tasks and timelines related to sourcing, hiring and onboarding associates and NPO volunteers
     Supports administrative component of sourcing, engagement and vetting of Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs) to fundraise at events
     Conducts pre and post-event NPO and seasonal associate feedback surveys and presents findings to leadership
     Partners with corporate resources in driving innovation in staffing within the sourcing and hiring process through use of technology, social media, on demand apps and other available resources
     Serves as liaison between myStaffing and Hiring Managers – monitors requisitions, sets up interviews, dispositions candidates, extends offers of employment
     Monitors open requisitions, tracks trends, makes recommendations on increasing candidate flow
     Builds pipeline of talent through researching and engaging community-based organizations, transitional programs, local job corps training programs and other resources within a defined area
     Other miscellaneous duties as assigned


      • Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program at a college or university - All majors welcomed; Eligible candidates must be graduating in or after August 2018.
      • Strong organizational and time management skills are required.
      • Must work well in both team and individualized tasks.
      • Leadership skills, inclusive of supervisory responsibilities, team lead in a club/organization, and/or project management.
      • The ability to communicate in an appropriate, clear, and concise manner with customers, clients, employees and leadership.
      • The ability to manage through change and ambiguity in a fast pace environment.
      • Budget responsibilities or inventory management experience a plus.
      • Ability to work flexible hours, which may include nights, weekends or holidays according to business need.
      • Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
      • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by Aramark for this position now or in the future
