    Position Objective

    The Hourly Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the mobilization and major market team by assisting the Talent Acquisition Partners with the recruiting process. This role will be responsible for applicant tracking system administrative support, updating and maintaining appropriate databases, communication with hiring managers, building talent pipelines, administrative hiring event support, and management of marketing campaigns.  


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and customer relationship management (CRM) tool
    • Assist hiring managers with managing internal and external job postings
    • Interact with both passive and active candidates to fill vacancies in the organization via CRM
    • Source candidates for open positions
    • Match qualified candidates to appropriate talent pipelines or requisitions
    • Monitor candidate flow to ensure appropriate candidate slate and SLA can be completed, escalating where necessary
    • Monitor and uphold SLA’s with Hiring managers and internal team, escalating issues where necessary
    • Partner with Hourly Talent Acquisition Partners, calibrating on hard to fill vacancies and SLA compliance
    • Present screened candidate slate to Hiring Managers within SLA timeframe
    • Update and/or edit job requisition data as necessary to ensure accurate source data for reporting
    • Super-user for the applicant tracking system which includes:
      • Providing system administration support for hiring managers
      • Updating source data and templates as necessary
      • Producing ad hoc recruiting reports as necessary
    • Support Talent Acquisition Partners with sourcing talent pipeline leads
    • Provide administrative support to hiring events
    • Create marketing materials including flyers, job board postings, and email templates
    • Performs other duties as assigned


    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • 1-2 years prior administrative, marketing, sourcing, or recruiting experience preferred
    • Basic understanding of Recruiting and HR concepts, policies and procedures, and administrative procedures, a plus
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail
    • Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers
    • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to learn new systems or applications
    • Proficient in MS Office
