    Reporting to the Director of Strategic Partnerships and GPO Relationship Management you will help partner and support Aramark’s Healthcare and Growth team by providing financial accounting support and oversight to new and existing business opportunities with Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) partners. This role will focus on analysis and support of the GPO related business but will also provide comprehensive support on monthly reporting on contracted sales and fee reporting. You will be responsible to support the Healthcare and Growth leadership, as well as the Healthcare Hospitality and Facilities lines of business units with GPO business research analysis, reporting, and explanations. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating initiatives and requests for analysis within the Healthcare business units and tracking within our CRM database Salesforce.com. The individual will also help support conversation with our healthcare finance team’s analyses and reports that aid in evaluating business pursuits, GPO fees and identifying risk and opportunities. This role will also support the strategic and business planning processes and value-added initiatives in GPO related business segments.



    Essential Functions:

    • Provides project management, support and analysis to all GPO business processes or strategic initiatives across the enterprise and our GPO partner organizations by managing cross-functional resources focused on project delivery
    • Provides business analysis for all projects affiliated with GPOs. Responsible for development and maintenance of monthly reporting on GPO contracted and non-contracted members.
    • Consolidate, analyze and report monthly, quarterly and annual results for GPO business and compare against key performance indicators such as plan, historical results and other specified benchmarks.
    • Delivers structured administrative support work to the Director of GPO Relationship Management. Duties include general project management, basic analytical work and participation in and supporting organized calls with GPO partners and Healthcare teams.
    • Leverage Enterprise Data Warehouse and Data Analytics tools to create insightful and dynamic reporting
    • Performs basic accounting function in one or more of the following areas; GPO contract sales, calculation of GPO fees and submission of reporting and/or applications within specific business platforms. May perform other related office duties.
    • Responsible for the administration and/or support of GPO accounts and opportunities through computer systems or databases.  Resolves moderately complex issues regarding reporting, transactions, fee calculations, proforma support and strategic planning
    • Support the Healthcare team in the following areas; Project Management, Customer Relationship Management support/tracking in Salesforce.com, Administrative Tasks, Accounting Functions, Website Support
    • Track and document GPO account influenced projects and/or RFP pursuits on an ongoing basis. Ensure that strategy, status, fees and budget targets are met. Develop and manage a report to communicate to Healthcare teams on a biweekly basis, presenting to the Growth and Healthcare leadership on a monthly basis.
    • Responsible for processing of all invoices for GPO monthly fees associated with Aramark Dining and Facility contracts.
    • Provide website support on each GPO’s supplier sites, ensuring that the Healthcare Dining and Facilities contract access is approved.
    • Provide support with GPO updates; navigate complex wiring, leads, inquiries, collateral and participation in upcoming RFP processes or proposals
    • Support development of internal deal approval documents with Director(s) to obtain company approval for new growth, renewal and extension efforts.
    • Support other projects as deemed necessary by Director of GPO Relationship Management. 


    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related subject
    • 3+ years of account planning & business analysis experience
    • Knowledge of Healthcare GPO industry is preferred
    • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to interact and effectively communicate to senior management and teams of diverse nationalities
    • Ability to work across complex organizational structures
    • Ability to coordinate a number of projects and prioritize accordingly
    • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence and drive results without formal authority
    • Sound judgment and ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
    • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    • Knowledge of CRM systems/databases like Salesforce.com is preferred.
    • Ability to work in team environment and to work with, present and engage senior leadership
