    LifeWorks Restaurant Group is a premium brand in the Aramark family and our goal is to inspire life at work. We are the on-site customized restaurant group for NIKE World Headquarters located in Beaverton, OR with the most inspirational service culture in the industry. We create custom restaurants each unique to the client organization, their culture, and building location. 


    The Lifeworks Logistic Manager would support the operations team in the following areas below. Responsible for ensuring prompt, pleasant and complete service is provided to internal and external contacts needing product or information.


    Fleet Management

    • Manages both Aramark and Client Driver Training Programs
    • MVR (Motor Vehicle Records) submission & management for the site
    • Coordination of vehicle maintenance, registration, fuel cards with Emkay
    • Source transportation vendors for new vehicles and provide quotes to the client
    • Management of 46 client’s vehicles

    Warehouse Mangement

    • Manages & organizes inventory throughout warehouse space
    • Manages receipt, storage, and delivery of product in CAPEX and OPEX budgets for EDS & Catering smallwares and equipment
    • Checks-in and distributes all smallwares from Nike preferred vendor – signs off on all invoices
    • Schedules forklift operators and serves as liaison to client Warehouse management
    • Schedule maintenance of beverage equipment
    • Manage propane and CO2 programs with local vendors
    • Maintaining safety regulations for proper storage

    Logistics, Custodial, Table Delivery Management 

    • Coordinate team of LifeWorks porters and table delivery team
    • Coordinate equipment preventative maintenance with client and other partners.
    • Point of contact with Client Setup/Logistics to manage equipment logistics and setup from client

    District Safety Lead

    • Schedule Safety Meetings – create agendas, hold monthly meetings
    • Conduct Safety Audits
    • Manage Safety walk calendar and hold team accountable
    • Manage Safety Compliance


    • Requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse or related operations with a Bachelor’s Degree or 2-4 years relevant experience with a High School Diploma/G.E.D.
    • Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
