    Provide overall leadership, guidance, and direction to the Lifeworks team as it strives to provide the highest quality in standards and services.  To act as the main liaison between the client and Lifeworks staff.  Ensure that Lifeworks and client financial obligations are met.  Designated to act for Lifeworks on all contract matters relating to the daily operation of the contract as well new account openings and special projects.


    Key objectives for this role will be:

    • Act as the main point of contact for account openings and special projects
      • Participates in establishing unit financial and operational goals, including qualitative standards for service.  Goals must reflect an understanding of client objectives, Lifeworks contractual obligations and Lifeworks policies for service and quality.
      • Assists in development and implementation of employee programs.
      • Assists in writing and implementation of local policies.
      • Writes proposals for capital purchases by client.
      • Cooperates with Unit Controller in preparing financial forecasts.
      • Develops action plans that will guide both routine and special program activity toward established goals and forecasts.  Directs and delegates responsibilities in order to execute plans.
      • Participates in overall direction and control of operation through inspection tours, maintenance of client relations, prompt resolutions, prompt resolution of guest complaints, etc.
      • Enforces safe practices in the use, storage, and maintenance of facilities, equipment, material, and tools.
      • Follows and trains employees on policies, procedures, and regulations of Aramark.
      • Works with other senior team members to coordinate activities of the various departments, insuring that a total quality product is delivered at all times



    It is expected that the successful candidate will have the following personal attributes:

    • The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship, and building and growing a strong business is essential to success in this role
    • Ability to taste and smell food to determine quality and palatability.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff.
    • Proven experience leading and inspiring teams at all levels of the organization
    • Should exhibit the ability to respond effectively to changing demands. 


    • Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management, Business Administration, or other related field, plus a minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required.
    • P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable
