    Essential Tasks & Responsibilities:


    • Weekly Payroll Duties – require SNE access
      • Enter employee tips
      • Enter and ensure accuracy of employee transfers
      • Check for accuracy in employee time cards
      • Assist managers with Kronos Hyperfinds to simplify payroll approval
      • Create Labor Distribution Report and Overtime Report weekly
    • Ensure compliance with Oregon Predictive Scheduling Laws
      • Create and audit paperwork
    • Calculate and Request Retro and Final Pay Manual Checks
    • Request Kronos access for all managers and admins



    • Create accounting reports – requires SNE access:
      • Assist with Clarity reports weekly
      • Collect data for and update the Catering Weekly Roll-Up Report
      • Update the YTD Overtime Tracker
      • Updating the Projected vs. Actual Sales Tracker
    • Track Temp Labor costs and verify accuracy of approval requests
    • Coordinate with Nike client to review and submit the monthly catering supply order
    • Request Micros profiles for new baristas and assign them their micros (register) cards


    Human Resources

    • Gain SNE access in order to:
      • Communicate processing errors to MyStaffing
      • Submit current employee change forms via the MYHR portal with guidance from management
    • Contact applicants and schedule interviews, keep an interview schedule up to date for all managers
    • Coordinate with Nike Security for all badge access requests for LifeWorks employees
    • Request Nike NT Accounts for new employees and deactivate them for termed employees
    • Schedule first day of work for new hires and keep a first day schedule up to date for all managers and assist with the processing of new hire paperwork on their first day
    • Update the new hire packet with new policies


    Admin Training

    • Train/coach admins - discuss issues/questions/concerns they may have
    • Hold monthly Admin Meetings: review new policies, updated procedures, discuss questions and concerns
    • Create instructional documents for admin reference
    • Cover for admin sick days/vacations and ensure their daily tasks get completed for the duration of their absence


    Special Projects

    • Assist managers with a variety of different side projects. Examples:
      • Organize and prepare data for the close of the NY account
      • Pull employee and account reports
      • Create spreadsheets and forms
      • Audit new policy signatures
      • Create list of current manager assets
