This position plans, directs and coordinates the activities of the production, trayline and catering employees in order to prepare and deliver a finished food product for consumption. This position ensures compliance with Aramark and client policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards as well as all applicable government, regulatory and/or accrediting agency standards and codes.
This position reports to Director of Operation Services and supervises Production Supervisors and Chefs. This position has frequent contact with client department heads and patients. This position makes decisions concerning food production, presentation and employee relations. Communicates regularly with other Aramark personnel.
