    Our Leisure group specializes in serving consumers; recreational and entertainment needs in national and state parks, zoos, aquariums, science centers, museums and other day-use cultural attractions.


    The scope of our operations includes operating lodging, conference and meeting space, houseboats and other marine activities, retail merchandise shops, fine dining restaurants, and interpretive tours in some of this country's most pristine protected lands and national parks.

    • Develop and be accountable for a safety culture that creates a work environment where no one gets hurt.
    • Planning, organizing and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction is required.
    • Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures and OSHA standards for the department
    • Oversee the scheduling of work, shifts and vacations of the guest services employees.
    • Supervises all Guest Services staff to provide services 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
    • Recruit, hire, and train guest services staff utilizing training programs established in conjunction with the Department Head, ARAMARK, and conference center client.
    • Conduct discipline and performance reviews of the guest services staff.
    • Oversees budget, including: labor costs, supply costs, inventories, and ensures services are in agreement between ARAMARK and the client.
    • Complete linens, supplies, and equipment inventories.
    • Process maintenance work tickets and follows up to ensure work ticket has been completed.
    • Coordinate routine maintenance and repair of all guest services equipment to prohibit an interruption of service.
    • Conduct frequent tours of the facility to ensure that continued standards and quality improvements are being achieved.
    • Responsible for submitting accurate Payroll Records.
    • Ensure proper key control at all times.
    • Ensure departmental projects are completed in a timely manner.
    • Ensure all employees are in accordance with the polices and procedures set forth in the employee handbook.
    • Offer exceptional guest service at all times
    • Maintain all MSDS information as per OSHA requirements.
    • Coordinate routine maintenance and repair of all equipment to prohibit an interruption of service.



    • Minimum 2-5 years relevant experience in a hospitality management environment is required.
    • The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is required.
    • Strong organization, time management and team motivation skills are essential for success in this role.
    • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with clients, senior management and ARAMARK support staff.
    • Candidate must be willing to be hands on with staff and be willing to work event-based hours that include evenings and weekends.
