    The Sales Reporting Analyst is responsible for the collection, organization, analysis and reporting of sales or other related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity (revenue, install size, and closing percentages).  The ideal candidate will be relied upon to maintain, assess, define, and deliver on-going periodic standardized reporting.  The analyst will also contribute to the maintenance and development of tools to maintain sales reporting infrastructure.



    • Maintain on-time and accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly sales reports
    • Prepare reports for multiple levels of management that lead the company’s sales force
    • Lead strategic reporting and business analysis with business leaders by reviewing/prioritizing initiative results and then communicating any findings.
    • Facilitate the education and training of users on the definitions and use of reporting & business analytics.
    • Work with data from multiple sources and analysis tools – willingness to dig-in and understand the data via creative thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Enhance reporting and business analytics capabilities over time as requested to support business objectives.
    • Work with other department teams to identify, size and prioritize business opportunities for improvement through analytics.
    • Communicate insights to senior management, through both presentations and write-ups of results and recommendations
    • Responsible for applying continuous improvement to reporting and analysis.
    • The individual will be required to create both standardized and custom reports based on scheduled and on-demand requests and deliver results consistently on a timely basis.
    • The candidate will be responsible for managing large amounts data or information, current and historical metric data and is also responsible for developing data integrity audit processes to ensure that consistent quality reporting is maintained.


    • This position will reports to Director, Sales Process and Communication
    • This position will have a dotted line to the Sr. Sales & Reporting Analyst and the Senior Manager of Sales Operations
    • The individual will work independently and with key stakeholders




    • A self-starter, confident in his/her abilities, self-motivated and able to work effectively with little supervision.
    • Ability to extract and manipulate large and complex data sets
    • High proficiency of databases, data integration, and data analysis, query tools, and reporting.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, data query software or relevant tool experience, e.g., SAS, ProClarity, SPSS, SQL, etc.
    • Experience in a fast-paced team environment. 
    • Capacity to articulate and present business analysis results clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
    • Decisive; able to make quick decisions that are in line with business goals and objectives.
    • This will be a high profile position driven by organizations commitment to metric management so the successful individual will also be impactful for training and educating new users of this information within the organization.
    • Ability to use technology to manage large amounts of data and provide comprehensive reporting across differing dimensions (versus plan, prior year, goals, KPI’s, etc.).
    • Ability to help influence and manage the transformation from using legacy systems information to newer systems - sales force automation.
    • Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical business audiences.


    • Bachelor’s degree in related field (Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Marketing)
    • 2 - 4 years related experience providing Reporting & Analytics to a large sales organization
