As a Talent Acquisition Manager for the Contingent team, you will be focused on managing the contingent MSP and executing upon additional contingent strategies.  You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure adoption of the program and integration within the organizational strategy.  You will be an expert partner and advisor of the program by staying abreast of industry trends, labor supply and demand, and business knowledge. You will play a role in important Talent Acquisition projects, helping to continually move the organization forward.


Essental Functions 

  • Manage level 2 escalations related to staffing special events, open roles, billing, etc. and further escalate to TAD as necessary
  • Manages the MSP operational relationship, driving accountability for SLA requirements, progress against continuous improvement plans and acting on supplier action plans
  • Responsible for supporting development of contingent strategy and driving execution
  • Responsible for continuous improvement efforts and continue to establish SOPs as needs arise
  • Partner with functional stakeholders to drive adoption and accountability of contingent program
  • Support development of contingent strategy by recommending ideas and developing strategies that will contribute to overall program goals and long-term business goals for Aramark
  • Responsible for execution of forward-facing contingent initiatives while developing and presenting key learnings and insights as well as recommendations for improvements and value added activities
  • Establish, monitor, and report on key metrics that drive business performance across all US lines of business
  • Responsible for driving integration of contingent strategy within all TA functions, partnering with various stakeholders to ensure all communication is cohesive across the team

The Talent Acquisition Manager reports to the Talent Acquisition Director and is an individual contributor.


  • Minimum of 4 years of high volume recruiting and/or staffing, preferably within contingent workforce/vendor management
  • Previous experience managing a 3rd party vendor and driving accountability
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with executive internal stakeholders
  • Proven experience playing a key role in projects, including but not limited to the optimization of technology and process
  • Ability to drive results and manage successfully through  ambiguity
  • Strong ability to influence and partner at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
