The Marketing Director supports critical marketing and innovation initiatives that span across the region. The position reports to the RVP and interacts with all levels of management, clients, vendors, and consumers. 



Job Specific Responsibilities

  • Development & deployment of Patient Dining, Retail, Culinary & Innovation
  • Development & deployment of Population health goals
  • Implement specific community outreach programs tailored to Region and client specific branding
  • Development & pilot of alternative food concepts that enable new business growth
  • Line of business Center of Excellence team and client Marketing team to develop and deploy new pilot innovation, including but not limited to technology, digital transformation and plant forward menus and offerings


The ideal candidate will have the following professional experience and skills:

  • Master’s degree with a concentration in Marketing is preferred,
  • Marketing, brand and / or development experience (seven to ten years),
  • This position must have significant organizational and project management experience.
  • Must have experience or a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment within a heavily matrixed organization.
  • Requires an expert level of proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Food service, advertising, and/or retail marketing experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills will include oral communication, presentation and influencing, as well as the ability to communicate with all levels in and out of the organization.
  • This position requires solid strategic, analytical, and decision-making experience.
  • This staff member should be self-motivated and able to work effectively with little supervision.
